• BSc. Surveying graduate oracceptable diploma in surveying
• Minimum of (5)year of experience in land surveying and setting out for similarworks (bachelor's degree) or (10) years of experience inland surveying and setting out of similar works (Diplomaholder).
• Knowledge of surveying procedures andinstruments, engineering formulas.
• Knowledge ofdrafting, arithmetic, geometry, calculus and engineering formulas,CADD drawings and maps.
• Experience in theconstruction of roads, infrastructure and landscaping projects atdomestic and/or foreign locations ispreferred.
• Requires a comprehensive knowledgeof engineering and construction-related processes, as well asindustry practices.
• Also requires excellentwritten and oral communication skills, a familiarity with CAD andother PC software packages typically associated with engineeringand construction, and the proven ability for performing in a leadcapacity on a project.
• Keeps accurate notes,records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architecturalpersonnel, clients, and others concerned withproject.
