Description

Your responsibilities include:


  • Assist in managing daytoday office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, equipment, and maintenance
  • Assist in managing the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment for employees
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, logistics, and catering arrangements
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation when required
  • Assist in inventory and monitoring stock levels, researching potential vendors, tracking orders, and updating order records
  • Assist in handling internal and external communications on behalf of the organization ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Assist in coordinating the communication between different departments and ensure effective information flow
  • Assist in coordination and negotiation with vendors and service providers to ensure the organization receives quality products and services at competitive prices
  • Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and handle any issues or disputes that may arise
  • Develop and maintain efficient recordkeeping systems (expenses, vendor information, receipts etc.) including both physical and digital files
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to administrative functions
  • Track and manage office expenditures, including office supplies, equipment, and services

What you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
