    What does aFinancial Data Assistant do atCollinson?

    This is a permanent andnewly established position within the Finance Operations team basedin Haywards The purpose of the role is to be a subject matterexpert in all aspects of Financial Transactional Master Data,owning the accuracy of, ensuring governance of, and updating allmaster data elements within the Microsoft Dynamics System andbanking

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Beingresponsible for the overall quality and integrity ofbusiness-critical master data as a shared asset, to maintain it asa trusted source of data for re-use across the
    • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenanceof master data in line with business rules, policy, data standardsand data management approaches; this could include new chart ofaccounts codes, new finance dimension elements, new project codeset up, customer and supplier set up, admin rights on our bankaccounts in use and other master data
    • Youwill be a point of escalation for data consumers to managerrequests from the business or new records to be created and toupdate existing records where
    • You willcollate business requests to support the change activities in thesystem for control review
    • You will ensurethat all business service level agreements relating to master dataare adhered to and where this is not possible, that expectationsare positively managed with
