KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers in project coordination andresource management to ensure compliance with client contractualrequirements in a costeffective manner.
• Oversee all project phases and discipline activitiesincluding HSSE Quality Engineering Procurement Construction andCommissioning while ensuring schedule and costadherence.
• Interface with Owner'srepresentatives and closely coordinate with Engineering tocontribute to technical decisions considering constructability andproject requirements.
• Participate in designreviews and resolve technical issues during preorder activities toensure timely placement of Purchase Orders.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance to ensurecompliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of finaldocumentation and liaise with the Owner for acceptance certificatesissuance.
• Provide leadership to projectengineers and teams to plan monitor and control the execution ofassigned areas within time and budgetary parameters.

FunctionalCompetence:

• Possessthorough knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequences ofproject execution.
• Apply multidisciplinetechnical knowledge and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Review and ensure delivery of contractrequirements.
• Demonstrate understanding ofconstruction execution phases and standard requirements/processesrelated to field change documents.
• Plan andadminister project resources efficiently.

Essential Qualifications andSkills:

• Engineeringdegree with a minimum of 10 years of project management experiencein the oil and gas construction sector or modular buildingconstruction.
• Thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all phases and sequences of work in ProjectManagement.
• Exposure to client interactionsand discussions.
• UAE driving licensepreferred.
