We are looking for a skilled and experiencedemergency room (ER) doctor to join our medical facility'semergency room department. As the ER doctor, you should be highlytrained with proven experience working in an emergency room orurgent care setting.

Your chief responsibilitieswill include treating patients with life-threatening illnesses,establishing effective patient care plans, and referring patientsto the appropriate specialists. To excel in this highly stressfulenvironment, the ideal candidate should have superb communicationand interpersonal abilities, with excellent judgmentskills.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assesspatients that enter the emergency room immediately and overseeemergency patient's recovery.
• Conductfollow-up visits to monitor the patient'scondition.
• Request the appropriate medicaltests and based on them, follow a treatmentplan.
• Develop effective patient careplans.
• Refer patients to appropriatespecialists.
• Ensure that patients are stablebefore transferring them to the proper department for furtherevaluation.
• Provide instructions for dischargeand any relevant paperwork.
• Maintain thepatient's medical records.
• Coordinatewith different ER departments to ensure patients receive thenecessarytreatment.

Requirementsand skills:

• Bachelor'sdegree in medicine from an accreditedinstitution.
• 3 – 4 years'experience in a residency program.
• A license topractice medicine.
• In-depth knowledge ofcurrent medical treatments andprocedures.
• Great attention to detail withexcellent analytical skills.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
• Ability to think and act quickly ina stressful environment.
• Completion of ACLS orATLStrainings
