    Description
    • Oversees all aspects of the dailyoperation of the hotel's Room Serviceoperation.
    • Supervises all Room Servicepersonnel.
    • Responds to guest complaints in atimely manner.
    • Works with other outletsmanagers and keep them informed of F&B issues as theyarise.
    • Organizes all documentation for shiftwork on a daily basis including pre-shift reports, daily trainingtopics, shift floor plan, requisitions for beverage, food andstationaries and manage schedule on a daily basis through the timemanagement system.
    • Conducts daily shiftbriefings with the team, including daily trainings on menuknowledge, sequence of service, SOP's, etc. Briefingsshould be dynamic, informative and challenging, raising theperformance of all team memberscontinuously.
    • Ensures all staff are meeting allestablished standards of service through ongoing and recurrenttraining systems.
    • Monitors and tests serviceskills of staff, retrains and reinforces all standards on food andquality and service details daily. Provides feedback and appraisalsas necessary.
    • Coordinates and monitor allphases of Loss Prevention in the Room Serviceoperation.
    • Ensures compliance with In RoomDining SOP's.
    • Ensures the training ofdepartment heads and employees on SOP's, reportpreparation and technical job tasks.
    • Ensureseffective communications between eachshift.
    • Supervises the room service area inorder to attract, retain, and motivate theemployees.
    • Ensures optimal level of service,quality, and hospitality are provided toguest.
    • Regularly reviews house counts, forecastand VIP list and maintain the confidentiality of the hotel and itsguests.
    • Ensures the timeliness and accuracy ofthe amenity set-up and delivery.
    • Ensurescompliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitationregulations.
    • Ensures that Hospitality Suitesare being set-up, serviced and broken down in a timely manner andaccording to instructions.
    • Monitors andmaintains cleanliness of In-Room Dining areas and workareas.
    • Plans and conducts meetings for outletson a monthly basis to ensure staff is correctly communicated withand that staff are consistently trained and well-motivated. Attendsinterdepartmental meetings to ensure good cross communicationbetween departments.
    • Assists in the developmentof marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulategrowth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest marketdevelopments.
