Key Responsibilities:


Risk & Compliance Systems:
Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to Risk & Compliance systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.


Business Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and user needs related to Risk & Compliance systems.
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.


Project Management:
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for Risk & Compliance projects.
Monitor and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.


Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including risk management teams, compliance officers, and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.


Risk & Compliance Experience:

Utilize a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of Risk & Compliance, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and ensure system compliance.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a dual role of Business Analyst and Project Manager.
Proven track record of working on projects related to Risk & Compliance systems.


Certification:
PMP certification is preferred.


Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.


Salary:
From AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
