    Description
    • Develop the organization'sNet Zero Transition Strategy, aligning to G42s national commitmentto achieve NetZero by 2050, embodying the principles of:Transparency Relevance, Accuracy, Consistency, Comparability andCompleteness.
    • Develop a robust GHG inventory toinform the G42s group ESG report, in accordance with internationalbest practices and manage the independent verification of theinventory.
    • Develop a process and platform togather data and report G42s primary greenhousegases.
    • Establish geographical, organizational,and operational boundaries to ensure an accurate account of GHGemissions.
    • Develop and update existingprocedures to integrate GHG reduction strategies into G42soperations, including incorporating climate change risks andopportunities into investment decisions, access to sustainablefinance, risk assessments andprocurement.
    • Embed ESG criteria, focused on GHGreductions, into the value chain, upstream and downstream,prioritizing partnerships with marketleaders.
