Job Title:
HR and Recruitment Assistant with Payroll Duties


Responsibilities:


Recruitment Support:

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.


Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.


Payroll:

Process and administer bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Address payroll-related queries and issues from employees.
Stay informed about payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including file maintenance, document preparation, and data entry.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.


Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.


Compliance:

Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
Assist in ensuring company compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Benefits Administration:

Support the HR team in benefits administration, including enrollment and communication.


Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (12 years) as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in payroll administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
