SailPoint Identity IQ:

Oversee the full lifecycle management of SailPoint Access Governance and Management processes.
Manage user provisioning, access certifications, access requests, workflows, delegated administration, and password selfservice within SailPoint Identity.
Lead SailPoint deployment activities, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and thirdparty system integration.
Establish standards, designs, and implement identity and access management processes and controls to enhance operations and mitigate risks.
Administer SailPoint functions such as data loading, role creation, policy creation, scheduling tasks, certifications, and reports.
Perform daytoday maintenance and monitoring of SailPoint infrastructure and operations.
Maintain records of SLA breaches, incident/service request volumes, outstanding tickets, and resolved tickets on a monthly basis.
Handle errors through pending tasks and ensure resolution.
Execute operational tasks including aggregations, task scheduling, user ID management, password management, and custom report creation/scheduling.
Manage SOD policy creation, workgroup creations, entitlements, AD groups, and business/IT roles.
Provide support for live deployment in production environments during releases.
Participate in requirements gathering, use case development, and technical project planning.
Develop and execute test cases and plans for SailPoint solutions.
Possess expertise in IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation.
Contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of IAM best practices and standards.
Exhibit excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs, test cases, test plans, and support processes.
Experienced with web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, SAML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, REST API, JSON.
Proficient in J2EE/Java EE 5 Application Servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic.

ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform:

Manage the end-to-end operations of the ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform.
Deploy, manage, and maintain the ForgeRock platform components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenIG, and OpenDJ.
Execute daytoday maintenance and monitoring of ForgeRock infrastructure and functions.
Administer the functionality of ForgeRock.
Manage access management, identity federation, multifactor authentication, and riskbased authentication.
Utilize technologies such as Headerbased Single Sign-On, SAML, OAuth, etc.
Contribute to technical project plans with tracking and reporting.
Demonstrate expertise in IAM best practices and standards.
Display strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Prepare product documentation, KB articles, SOPs, test cases, test plans, and support processes.
Proficient in J2EE/Java EE 5 Application Servers.
Experienced with technologies such as Headerbased Single Sign-On, SAML, OAuth, ForgeRock OpenIDM, LDAP directories like OpenDJ, Java/J2EE, Azure services.
Must possess strong troubleshooting skills.
