    Job Overview:
    Weare seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Digital MarketingManager fluent in English to lead our digital marketing activities.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalmarketing strategy performance marketing Google Ads campaignmanagement project management for 360 marketing activities and adeep understanding of the digital landscape and behavioural aspectsof global customers.

    Whatyoull do:

    • Plan implement and optimisemultilingual digital campaigns across various channels includingincluding social media ads Google Ads display advertising SEO andothers.
    • Ensure transparent project managementwith detailed reporting and control overdeadlines.
    • Manage budgets with the prime focuson its optimization to achieve positive ROI in differentmarkets.
    • Track KPIs for both organic and paiddigital marketing campaigns delivering regular reports tostakeholders.
    • Utilise analytical tools andinsights to assess campaign effectiveness and provide datadrivenrecommendations.
    • Create media plans for eachentity or business unit and manage its implementation with theteam.
    • Seamlessly organise and manage PR andmarketing activities start to finish.
    • Workclosely with the marketing team to align efforts and providetransparency.
    • Update and enhance digital assetslike landing pages content digital and printmaterials.
    • Provide recommendations for contentand SEO optimization with clear set deliverables to improve searchengine visibility.
    • Partner with sales directorsto generate leads from differentdemographics.
    • Manage HR marketing and HR branddevelopment in the digitallandscape.

    Whatwere looking for:

    • Fluent Englishlanguage and preferably Russian.
    • Preferablyexperience in Russian European and USmarkets.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managingdigital marketing campaigns.
    • Project managementexperience managing marketing PR events and otheractivities.
    • Preferably experience in globalcompanies with multiple offices.
    • A proven trackrecord of managing and executing paid media campaigns acrossdiverse marketing platforms (Google Ads Social Media SEO DirectMarketing).
    • Ability to effectively communicatewith stakeholders and marketing team.
    • Strongorganisational and selfmotivational skills attention to details anda datadriven approach.
    • Preferably strongexperience in the Real Estate industry managing marketingactivities.
    • Experience managing budgets andallocating resources to achieve marketingobjectives.
