Job Purpose
The incumbent's primary responsibility is to manage and drive the team towards achieving the assigned sales targets. Provide high class service to the sales channels thereby enabling the team to meet their sales goals. Provide training and coaching to sales team and monitor their progress. Initiating marketing proposals for dealer campaigns and adding new dealers to the existing network. Ensuring that the process flows are followed and compliance requirements adhered to.

- No LGD / INA issues to be raised
- Sourcing discrepancy to be below 15%.
