    we are seeking a talented andenthusiastic Arab female Marketing Coordinator to join our team asa Marketing Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for amotivated individual to gain handson experience in the field ofmarketing within a supportive and collaborativeenvironment.

    PositionOverview: As a MarketingCoordinator at Exotic Colors you will work closely with ourmarketing team to support the implementation of various marketinginitiatives aimed at promoting our brand engaging our targetaudience and driving business growth. This role offers valuableexposure to a wide range of marketing activities and provides anexcellent platform for professionaldevelopment.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assistin the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channelsincluding digital social media email and traditional marketingunder the guidance of senior teammembers.
    • Contribute to the creationof marketing materials such as social media posts newsletters andpromotional content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines andmessaging.
    • Support the coordinationof marketing events workshops and promotional activities includinglogistics planning venue coordination and attendeemanagement.
    • Conduct market researchand competitor analysis to identify industry trends consumerpreferences and potential opportunities for marketinginitiatives.
    • Assist in managingsocial media accounts including content scheduling monitoringengagement and responding to inquiries to enhance brand visibilityand engagement.
    • Collaborate withinternal teams to gather content provide support for marketingprojects and ensure alignment with overall businessobjectives.
    • Assist withadministrative tasks such as organizing files maintaining marketingdatabases and scheduling meetings to ensure efficient operationswithin the marketingdepartment.


    Requirements

    • Arabfemale candidate currently residing in the AbuDhabi.
    • Bachelors degree orequivalent qualification in Marketing Communications BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.
    • Prior experience or aninternship in marketing advertising or a related field isadvantageous but notrequired.
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in both Arabic andEnglish.
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice applications particularly Word Excel andPowerPoint.
    • Basic knowledge ofsocial media platforms and digital marketing tools isdesirable.
    • Detailoriented withstrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
    • Proactive selfmotivatedand eager to learn with a positive attitude and willingness to takeon new challenges.
