    Description
    • Understand the detailed scope ofwork & owner technical specifications, prepareclarifications etc. to ensure all the technical specifications areunderstood and discussed, keeping in mind the best interest of thecompany.
    • Perform site, country, technology andcontractor / partner due diligence visits as necessary and providecomprehensive reports to the respective stakeholders, highlightingcritical risks.
    • Coordinate with variousfunctions/ teams, contractors, partners, etc. as required, fortheir feedback & assumptions and compile the requiredinformation and documentation to assist in bid preparation whileensuring it meets the RFP requirements.
    • Leadthe development of technical, commercial and financial bids basedon the documentation, inputs and feedback received from variousstakeholders, to ensure alignment with the requirements whileadhering to quality standards.
    • Be the focalpoint between the Client and the internal functions and seektechnical input, clarify issues, and communicate with them thetimelines and expectations in order to ensure the O&Mpackage is delivered as per the expected timeline andquality.
    • Oversee the liaison with variousinternal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, HSSE teams etc. forinputs, assumptions, suggestions, lessons learned and feedback andcompilation of all requisite documentation, agreements and internalapprovals and other related activities, in order to ensure that thedata and relevant documentation isaccurate.
    • Participate in the bid meetings withthe internal senior management highlighting the key risks,opportunities, recommended equipment partners and contractors, riskmitigation strategies, cost-benefit analyses etc., to ensure allthe key elements are raised and discussed in a timely and efficientmanner.
    • Review and verification of O&MCost model for relevant bids andproposals
    • Contribute to the development of theBD strategy in line with the functional strategy to ensure verticalalignment and horizontal integration with other interfacingdepartments.
    • Regularly report to themanager/senior management on the operational activities ofdepartment, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. asrequired, to keep them informed and updated on thedepartment's activities.

    Who willfit:

    • 8-10 years ofexperience in Power (preferably CCGT, andLTSA)
    • Bachelors degree holder of Engineering.MBA is preferred.

    Skills:

    • Extensivedepth and breadth of knowledge and exposure to Power industryespecially in CCGT O&M.
    • Expertise andexperience in CCGT and LTSA will be an addedadvantage
    • Must possess a strategic mindsettowards business development
    • Excellentinterpersonal, verbal and written communicationskills
    • Self-reliant and autonomous withcapability to take decisions within the responsibility andcompetence area
    • Excellent business andfinancial analysis skills
    • Commercially astute,and able to structure a bid to present the offer in the best lightwhilst minimizing risk to the business
    • Apro-active high achiever with high energy levels, who is used toworking under pressure and to tight/challengingdeadlines
    • Thorough understanding of thebusiness value chain
    • Thorough attention todetail
    • Excellent relationship building andcommunication skills
    • Excellent understanding oftechnical, legal and project financeknowledge
