Description
Receives and responds to customers and guides them for the process to be followed.

  • Ensure correct data of every patient are updated in the HIS system as a part of patient registration.
  • Updates all customers with the required information or status
  • Take appointments for doctors and schedules patients.
  • Processes bills (if assigned) and assist Patients with the relevant information.
  • Provide reports pertaining to the role to Head of Department.
  • Liaisons with applicable departments for patient files.
  • Coordinate with insurance, billing, admissions and discharge departments wherever applicable.
  • Acts as a link between the physicians and patients.
  • Handles the console and transfers and attends to telephone calls and enquiries.
