Supply Service Representative (1 year fixed-term contract):


Essity is looking for a Supply Service Representative who will be based in Dubai to work with our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods business unit on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

About the Role:

The Supply Service Representative will be responsible for planning transport and distribution of finished goods, mother reels and raw materials for one or more sites in the most efficient way.

What You Will Do:

• Followup and fulfil customers' orders of Finished Goods.
• Replenish all IDC, stock points to agreed targets and avoiding leftovers.
• Detect and prevent service problems.
• Complaint handling.
• Interface to outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports.
• Contribute to the fulfilment of KPI's set for Supply Service.
• Identify within the area of responsibility improvement opportunities and set corrective actions (if necessary).
• Might deal with customs clearing.

Who You Are:

• Must have 18 months to 2 years experience in logistics.
• Must have a bachelors degree in relevant field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a 3PL warehouse is a plus.
• Knowledge in SAP and PowerBi is an added advantage.
