    Description

    Alfanar is a Saudi company with an international presence, primarily engaged in the manufacturing and trading of a wide variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical products, in addition to its portfolio of conventional and renewable energy solutions, oil and gas, water treatment, infrastructure, technical services, and digital solutions.

    The hub of alfanar's manufacturing operations is Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, a 700,000 square‑meter complex located in Riyadh.

    Job Purpose
    Drive Sales through strategic promotion and marketing activities. Ensuring effective engagement and successful positioning of products within the market.
    Key Accountability Areas

    Efficient Inquiry and Tender Management:
    Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders effectively.
    Provide the best possible response to customers.

    Supportive Documents and Samples Preparation:
    Prepare all supportive documents, samples, and submittals.
    Deliver them to customers to maximize alfanar's chances.

    Material Preparation and Coordination:
    Follow up with the department's coordinator/Demand Planning to prepare required materials.
    Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.

    Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:
    Monitor and target competitors' activity.
    Report findings to sales management.

    Market Presence and Technical Support:
    Organize technical meetings and seminars.
    Provide technical support to enhance alfanar's awareness and presence in the market.
    Coordinate with related parties for successful execution.

    Reporting and Customer Management:
    Issue effective and timely reports to management.
    Manage customers in a professional manner.

    Project Identification and Follow-up:
    Identify and monitor all related projects.
    Conduct close follow‑ups to maximize project realization.

    Customer Satisfaction and Payment Management:
    Follow up on customer satisfaction (number of customers very satisfied).
    Collect payments on time to avoid over‑dues (Zero over‑dues).

    Data Management and Forecasting:
    Follow up and update the database for all projects through C4C.
    Avoid inaccurate forecasts that may lead to stock financial cost forecasted stock.
    Role Accountability
    Training of sub‑ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved.
    Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
    Delegate sub‑ordinates in each respective assignment.
    Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
    Delivery
    Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
    Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
    Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
    Problem‑solving
    Resolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.
    Quality
    Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
    Business Process Improvements (Effectiveness)
    Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
    Compliance
    Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.
    Safety

    Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.

    Academic Qualification
    Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
