    Miss o: Implementar/Manter os acordos estabelecidos, garantindo a sua atempada e correcta disponibiliza o na opera o e cumprindo os SLAs definidos; suportar tecnicamente os temas relacionados com parametriza es comerciais e temas de ndole contratual e de factura o; analisar dados com o objetivo de melhorar processos e desenvolvimento das aplica es inform ticas; manter a uniformiza o das unidades Apoio direto coordena o da

    Quais as principais responsabilidades deste T cnico de Parametriza es?

    • Analisar, parametrizar, configurar e manter os acordos estabelecidos pela Dire o Comercial, assegurando a correta e atempada parametriza o da informa o contratual no sistema inform tico;
    • Gerir e controlar a informa o da base de dados comercial (tipo de rubricas, grupos de rubricas, rubricas, EFR, pacotes, automatismos, webservices) garantindo a integridade da informa o disponibilizada;
    • Suportar tecnicamente as equipas operacionais, acedendo a dados de clientes (RGPD);
    • Controlar e analisar funcionalmente os processos webservice, garantindo a coer ncia da informa o processada nos interfaces web (CUF/Entidades);
    • Comunicar com as EFRs para resolu o de problemas no mbito das configura es;
    • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades aplicacionais: munir o SI de funcionalidades que facilitem a opera o (parametriza es e fatura o);
    • Garantir a melhoria cont nua dos processos, procedimentos e solu es, sugerindo e implementando novos projetos, a es e abordagens que contribuam para o desenvolvimento da fun o, atrav s da identifica o e an lise das tend ncias, inova es e boas pr ticas existentes no
