    DISPATCHER- Dispatching PetroleumTechnicians

    ScopeofWork:

    Dispatchingservice technicians daily to meet customer service needs. Positionrequires having a strong understanding of the geographical areathat the dispatcher is based, great communication, problem solvingskills and attention to detail. Project Management: manage scope ofproject and schedule oftechnicians.

    JobSummary:

    • Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills.
    • Ability to handle anextremely high volume of servicecalls.
    • Negotiating priority ofservicecall.
    • Createdetailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelinesidentified, and keep those project plans continuouslyupdated.
    • Ensurescope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholdersas they may evolve throughout aproject.
    • Musthave an above average ability to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment.
    • Must work well underpressure and attention to detail is an absolutemust.
    • Attention to data entry,updating information in a timely manner throughout theday.
    • Continuous communication withservice technicians and providing optimalrouting.
    • Technical support;providing directions, changes in scheduling,etc.
    • Notifying customers of delay indelivery schedule.
    • Track that ourservice technicians comply with customerrequirements.
    • Assist in closingservice calls and invoicing.
    • Collectand review service technician s paperwork and notes forcompleteness.
    • General office duties(faxing, scanning, typing, filing,etc.)


    Requirements

    EducationRequirements:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
    • 3+years of experience dispatching Field ServiceTechs
    • Strong computer skills,excellent communication and organizationalskills.
    • Proven ability to accuratelyand quickly develop creative solutions toproblems.
    • Self-starter withmulti-tasking ability and strong interpersonalskills.
    • Experience using internetmaps and dispatchsoftware.
