Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.

The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating multiple listing service platforms, ensuring all property listings are accurate and up to date, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and supporting the sales and marketing teams as needed.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with multiple listing service platforms
  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in residential real estate
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or graphic design skills are a plus
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting software is a plus
