Summary:


  • Manage the development process of our software products through Agile methodologies, sprints, and project management frameworks.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects.
  • Lead project teams and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and leadership team regularly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimise project delivery and team performance.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure that product requirements are understood and executed by the development team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • A postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in project management of software development projects and 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprints, and project management frameworks
  • Experience in software development or quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
