Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Manager specializing in credit card sales. The Sales Manager will oversee and develop strategies to drive sales of financial products, specifically credit cards, ensuring achievement of revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and monitoring market trends. The role also entails preparing progress reports, analyzing sales metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including expertise in credit card sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Management and leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with customers and maintain client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for monitoring sales trends and identifying new opportunities.
