Job Brief

The Supply Chain Manager will support the Project Managers and be responsible to managing the End-To-End Supply Chain of our customer projects, from materials procurement to goods shipment, with the objective of optimizing costs, lead times, and inventory.

This requires to be organized, rigorous and develop a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain constraints in terms of supply, planning and logistics.

You will work closely with internal departments such as Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and externally with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and forwarders.

Education Background

Master of Supply Chain Management Degree or similar

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years in supply chain management

Holder of APICS CSCP preferred
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus
Project management
Proactive with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management for designated projectsBuild the Supply Chain delivery schedule for assigned programs including materials supply, production and transport time.

Build the cash flow for assigned programs.
Manage the procurement of raw materials with vendors and plan production with the sites to ensure on time delivery. Create and send the purchase orders to vendors.
Track weekly actual supply, production and shipments vs plan. Challenge materials costs, lead times & timely execution of requests.
Validate shipment documents to ensure smooth customs clearance and adherence to international trade compliance requirements.
Coordinates with logistics and shipping agents on shipment booking and keep track of the shipment status.

PlanningConsolidate 12month demand & capacity forecasts with sales and marketing.

Identify bottlenecks with sites, look for solutions, and arbitrate priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Consolidate supply requirements forecasts to secure critical materials (semiconductors,)
Analyze inventory & SLOB and drive monthly reviews with operations

Support pre-sales activities by providing delivery schedule and support vendor negotiations for new business opportunities.

Supply Chain expertise & continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for improvement in the Supply Chain and with Dynamics 365 ERP. Benchmark processes, metrics and tools against best practices and lead transformation projects to improve processes and tools.

Additional tasks may be assigned. This role is expected to grow significantly over time with the growth of the business.
