In this role, you will play a vital part in driving product innovation and enhancing member experiences by leveraging market insights and industry intelligence. Your expertise will help shape our partner's offerings and strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to member needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with partners, and represent the organization at industry events. This is an opportunity to combine strategic vision with practical execution in a full-time remote position.

    Accountabilities

    • Lead the discovery phase for new products and enhancements, including market research and member feedback.
    • Identify and evaluate strategic partners for product initiatives and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
    • Monitor developments across financial services and synthesize insights to inform product strategy.
    • Prepare product proposals and collaborate with project managers to support product development.
    • Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams on new products and partner solutions.
    • Present product concepts at conferences and industry events to showcase innovation.

    Requirements

    • Thorough knowledge of product management and credit union philosophy.
    • Ability to use AI effectively in product research and market analysis.
    • Strong skills in data collection, organization, and presentation using tools like Excel and Power BI.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, both logical and creative.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across various digital channels.
    • Experience in product management and business development with a focus on strategic initiatives.
