Recipe Development:
Develop and refine cookie recipes to create from scratch.

Experiment with flavors, textures, and ingredients to produce unique and high-quality cookies.

This position requires a deep understanding of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and market trends.

Your creativity and passion for experimenting with ingredients will contribute to the success of the business by providing a unique and desirable selection of cookies.


Taste Testing and Iteration:
Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to refine and improve recipes.


collaboration with Production Team:
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of recipes in a large-scale production setting.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recipe development, particularly in the field of cookies.
  • Indepth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and flavor pairing.
  • Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new ingredients and techniques.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
