    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals seeking real estate properties in Dubai.
    • Market Mastery: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Dubai's luxury real estate market, providing expert advice to clients.
    • Property Portfolio: Curate and manage a portfolio of exquisite luxury properties, showcasing them to potential buyers and investors.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and desires of each client, tailoring property recommendations to match their lifestyle and investment goals.
    • Negotiation Expertise: Skillfully negotiate contracts, offers, and terms to ensure the best outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
    • Marketing Savvy: Utilize cutting-edge marketing strategies, including digital platforms, to effectively promote listings and elevate your personal brand.
    • Legal Acumen: Stay knowledgeable about real estate laws and regulations in Dubai, ensuring all transactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and legality.
    • Client Experience: Provide a white-glove client experience, offering personalized attention and service that exceeds expectations.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow agents and support staff to leverage the collective expertise of the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
    • A strong network of high-net-worth clients and industry connections.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
    • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.
    • Property passion and money-hungry attitude.
