    Job title: Recruiting Specialist

    Description

    We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.


    About the Job:

    This role will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will involve supporting client-facing applicants, including reviewing applications, sending resumes for screening to the relevant committee, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, issuing offers and following up on acceptance. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent planning and organizational abilities.


    The ideal candidate will also possess a keen eye for detail, analytical skills and be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. This role requires flexibility in terms of working hours with regular travel involved both within the GCC region (e.g., Saudi Arabia) and globally.



    Main Responsibilities:

    1. To support recruitment efforts through managing multiple channels such as job boards websites university career services teams across various regions

    2. Maintain accurate records databases reports related to national recruitments highlighting trends etc.

    3.
