    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading local companies offering Water Solutions in Dubai, UAE.

    Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for marketing and sale of various water products / solutions.


    • Survey market potential in UAE, identify potential clients, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve the business; prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation of Water Solutions, water treatment products/services, that meet/exceed client needs
    • Generate and execute sales plans for existing and new customer base; manage negotiations for customer satisfaction on technical and commercial matters while overseeing a sustainable financial relationship with customer
    • Manage marketplace stakeholders, in sector and customers, to ensure business growth and protection of current portfolio; understand business need and recommend continuous improvement, and innovation plans with stakeholder insights
    • Managing profitability of the account; review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
    • Manage responsibility for all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting, and followup within designated Customer Portfolio
    • When necessary, provide guidance, coaching, and training of fellow Technical Engineers to increase application knowledge within the Team
    • Engage in problemsolving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.
    • Create and coordinate a differentiated approach with given resources, and support for a sustainable growth of business and a trustworthy brand recognition in the market
    • Report to Water Solutions Sales Manager, and collaborate with the rest of Team to ensure growth of the business, in and beyond the UAE
    Requirements

    • A bachelor degree in a science primarily in Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Water Solutions sales is required.
    • Market knowledge of Hospitality, Heavy industry, District cooling plants, Oil & Gas is required.
    • Working knowledge of cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
    • Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.
    • Possess a valid UAE Drivers License
