Summary:

Our client, a leading entity in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an HR Manager who would support various HR functions.

Role:

Manage the Talent Acquisition cycle to onboard right employees and thereby manage the organizational performance
Identify organization development and hiring needs based on inputs from the Business Units and the manpower plans
Manage the Manpower Planning Process (MPP) in line with the full budgeting cycle to provide the manning and structure for the business to develop and grow
Manage the Salary Increment, Promotion, Bonus and Compensation related projects and annual cycles in an efficient and effectiveness manner
Create and implement an action plan to close previous audit issues related to talent acquisition and to mitigate future exposures
Design and implement recruitment and Emiratisation plan for a fasttrack mechanism of talent acquisition
Create and implement an action plan to close previous audit issues related to talent acquisition
Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Requirements:

Our client is a culture and art facility and would prefer someone with similar industry experience
Minimum of 6+ years' experience within Human Resources
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Strong understanding of Learning & Development, Government Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Any HR certification would be a plus
