Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager, reporting to CFO, with the following experiences and qualifications.
***
1. Minimum years post qualification experience in the real estate industry with major Developers.

2. Thorough knowledge of accounting functions related to developments - both for sale, holding as investment properties

3. Thorough knowledge of accounting of leases of investment properties

4. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements - VAT, Corporate Taxes, RERA regulations relating to Developments - especially those for sales, IFRS etc

5. Experience in preparation of MIS reports, project feasibility studies, cashflows and documentations for project financing

6. Experiences in review and or negotiating contracts and or agreements.

7. Preferred experience in Oracle Net Suite
