Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive - Saudi National for our office located in Riyadh. He must have minimum 3 years of experience. Below mentioned the detailed job responsibilities he must possess. Salary SAR 6500,

Be the first point of contact for all HR and administrative work related to KSA team.
He must have strong knowledge in KSA Labor laws, Rules, and Regulations.
Extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment needs of the company.

a) Understanding the job responsibilities

b) Advertising in different job portals.

c) Screening the resumes and conducting initial interview of the applicants.

d) Onboarding process of the new employees.

Conduct Training for the employees - New Employee Orientation, Compliance Training, KSA Labor Law training.
Handling HR related work

e) Supporting GRO for Processing the visa/Iqama of the new employees in Ministry of labor.

f) Renew iqama and work license for all employees in Muqeem and Qiwa.

g) Handling all GOSI process.

h) Update all employees contracts in Qiwa and Mudad website.

i) Handle the health insurance and renewals.

j) Keep track of visa, Iqama, contract expiry and renewals.

k) Cancellation of the visa and iqama.

Maintain an updated personnel digital records, manage HR documents, and update internal database.
Monitoring the attendance and leaves and coordinate with the Head office in case of any major issues /escalation.
Taking the actions as per the KSA law in case of any disciplinary issue raising.
Keeping the employee Handbook updated.
Keep upgrading self with the new rules and regulation announced by the local authorities.

Salary:
AED6,500.00 per month
