Reporting to Operations Manager; immediate start available; person must have driver's license and car; up to AED 14K P/M (basic + allowances)


Requirements:

Proven experience as an operations administrator including HR, sales, logistics, invoicing, and stock control.

Previous working experience in plant hire, transport office or similar.

Previous experience of working in customer service.

Degree and/or appropriate qualification in the field of Business Administration.

Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and ERP systems.

Proficient in computers and office equipment.

Problem-solving skills.

Positive customer service skills.

Fluent in Business English, Arabic and Hindi is a plus.

Attention to detail

Customer/Quality/Team focused.

Takes initiative and goes the extra mile.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and intellectual abilities.


Role & Responsibilities:

Operations Administration including HR, Sales, Logistics, Invoicing and Stock Control.

Provide support to the Operations Manager and team.

Ensure that all work is executed in line with Company policies and procedures.

Material Demand Planning.

Provide Sales Support for CRM & pipeline management, Lead and offer development.

To help and support the team for the efficiency of the business operations.

To maintain accurate records and databases.

To help develop and implement Operations policies and procedures.

To ensure that all work is executed in line with Company policies and procedures.
