Description

Responsibilities:

Managing projects from beginning to end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with the concerned departments and scheduling and organizing workers' tasks and materials

Supervise and monitor project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion.

Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that the procedures followed and materials used are in line with the conformed project specifications and quality standards.

Manage cash flow for the Projects through Controlled expenditures within the project budget.

Manage material and manpower requirements and monitor and enforce specified compliances of materials at various stages of project.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors.

Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget by managing daily operations such as equipment maintenance and labor scheduling.

Training and development of subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE construction / Fit out industry.

Thorough knowledge about the industry and UAE market.

Engineering Degree is a must.

Must hold a valid UAE Driving License

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
