    About Our Client:

    The Business Development Executive willresearch client business referrals network and web leads; provideprospective customers / clients with all services offered andadditional presentations as needed; and work with clients to createsolutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.Must be energetic wellspoken and eager to close sales and increaserevenue. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Researching the target market and findingcompanies to target
    • Building businessrelationships with current and potential clients
    • Promote the companys products/services addressing orpredicting clients objectives
    • Collaboratingwith sales and leadership to secure retain and grow accounts
    • Creating informative presentations;presenting and delivering information to potential clients atclient meetings industry exhibits trade shows and conferences
    • Creating invoices and sending out tocustomers following a sale
    • Updating the CRMand inputting information of customers
    • Keeprecords of sales revenue invoices and other important data
    • Working to monthly sales and revenue targetsas set by the company and achieves assigned sales target
    • Identifying sales and services that wouldappeal to new clients
    • Managing company andclient expectations
    • Finding and followingnew sales leads
    • Arranging business meetingsand oneonone conversations or on call with prospective clients
    • Attending networking events
    • Negotiate sales contracts and keep records of sales anddata
    • Sells the firms complete offering ofproducts and services
    • Leads all aspects ofthe sales process calling upon others to assist in solutiondevelopment and proposal delivery as needed or as directed bymanagement
    • Generate innovative ideas tosupport customers and boost brand awareness
    • Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding aclient to securing a deal
    • Cold calling;making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing salesand working with client through closing process
    • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration usingCRM software
    • Collaborating with managementon sales goals planning and forecasting; maintaining short andlongterm business development plans

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
    • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; the ability to call connect and interact with potentialcustomers
    • Persuasive and goaloriented
    • Possesses an energetic outgoing and friendlydemeanor
    • Able to professionally andconfidently communicate with CLevel Executives
    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience inoutbound call center inside sales experience or related salesexperience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
    • Excellent analytical and timemanagementskills
    • Demonstrated and proven sales results
    • Ability to work independently or as anactive member of a team

    Nice toHave:

    • Bachelors / Masters degreepreferred
    • Strong computer skills includingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel) andCRM/Salesforce experience preferred
