In This Role, You Will:

• Collaborate with senior leadership toshape customer focused cross-functional priorities focused onoperational efficiencies, growth acceleration and globalscale
• Determine attractive customers segments,seek to understand customer needs and shape the Go-To-Marketmotion
• Identify initiatives to delight ourcustomers with the goal of increasing NPS, renewal rates and annualrecurring revenue per customer
• Drive importantinitiatives to completion to achieve target state and results;track, measure and report on progress toexecutives
• Build and manage a portfolio ofstrategic projects; formulate, define and prioritize projects basedon business needs
• Build workplans and workloadto ensure on-time and on-budget completion ofprojects;
• Maintain a hands-on approach toleading analysis and projects
• Lead, manage andcoach junior members of the team; groom them for moreresponsibility
• Conduct market research toidentify benchmarks and leading practices and utilize thesepractices to improve businessoperations

Here's What You Need:

• BS in Business, Finance orTechnology. MBA is strongly preferred.
• 15+years of total work experience isrequired
• 7-10+ years of strategy or managementconsulting experience with a top tier firm is stronglypreferred
• Strong ability to compile, analyzeand present data, findings and progress in a concisemanner
• Ability to think and pivot betweenstrategic and tactical actions; persistent attention to detail, andability to lead and flourish throughambiguity
• Exceptional written and interpersonalcommunication skills. Able to interact effortlessly with seniorleaders, junior team members, and outside professional advisors,with the ability to calibrate based on theaudience
• Confident leading meetings withexecutive stakeholders, making and influencing decisions,documenting progress, and resolving issues quickly andcollaboratively
• Experience managing and workingwith global virtual teams
• Collaborative, teamplayer with positive attitude and creative problemsolving
• Must be a well-balanced leader who canroll up their sleeves and focus on the detail while also graspingand supporting the big picture
