Senior Plumber for Fit-Out Company - Dubai

Job description
Innerspace Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Plumber to join our team, specializing in residential fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for new and existing residential buildings. You will oversee plumbing works, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of plumbing and drainage systems for newly constructed residential buildings.
- Repair, reconstruction, and replacement of outdated or damaged water supply and drainage systems in existing residential facilities.
- Identification and resolution of faults and defects in plumbing installations.
- Installation and fine fitting of sanitary equipment, including toilets, cisterns, and related fixtures.
- Carrying out repairs and replacements of toilet bowls, flushing systems, and associated components.
- Preparing specifications and identifying required materials for procurement purposes.
- Regular maintenance and servicing of plumbing installations.
- Carrying out additional technical and maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Supervising and mentoring junior plumbers on-site.
- Ensuring all works comply with UAE plumbing standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a plumber, preferably in residential fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE plumbing standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
