We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as a Fitout Interior Designer with Digital Marketer.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing interior fit-out projects while also leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and promote our services.


Requirements:


  • Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for fitout projects, including commercial spaces, residential properties, and retail environments.
  • Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that design concepts meet functional requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with project specifications and design intent.
  • Oversee the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the fitout process.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage company website content, ensuring that it is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, interior design, and fitout services, and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on fitout projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials selection.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.

Experience:


  • Interior design and digital Marketing: 3 years (required)
