- Manageand deliver the virtual wellnesscalendar
- Design virtual activity-based groupsessions and environment-specific workshops for the nature of ourwork. For example: stress management and reduction techniques,tools to support a healthy work-life balance, healthy communicationstrategies, managing anxiety and depression
- Communicate with the wellness team ona regular basis to discuss observations, trends, insights, risksand opportunities
- Communicate with the wellnessleaders on a regular basis to report on progress and impact ofprogram
- Report findings directly to site leaderon wellness outcomes and program
- Manage allwellness communications to employees and supportteams
- Manage data and createreports
- Manage confidential records and reportsaccording to the appropriate data protection framework
- Driveinitiatives to achieve healthyoutcomes
- Evaluate program effectiveness andanalyze data
- Ensure quality and continuousimprovement of initiatives
- Work with colleaguesacross departments to integrate wellness into operationalprocesses
