    Job Type: Full Time

    Work Schedule: Hybrid

    Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N150, to N200, monthly

    We are looking for a highly committed and results-oriented Content and Digital Marketing Executive with a solid understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to increase lead generation through content marketing and search engine optimization to help actualize our marketing and revenue. As an organic business looking to increase its brand visibility and footprint in Africa.

    The ideal candidates must have proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, brand management, social media and content writing from a startups or fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities

    Creating content for a variety of media: web copy, blog posts, sales collateral, case studies, landing pages, newsletter, infographs, email campaigns, online ads, social media etc.

    Manage our website, blog, SEO/SEM programs and other marketing initiatives to increase lead generation for the firm.

    Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

    Design, build and maintain our social media presence

    Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

    Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

    Analyze competitor activity

    Recommend improvements to increase performance

    Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement



    Requirements

    BSc degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field from a reputable institution

    2-3 years of Proven work experience as a content/digital marketing executive

    Expertise in social media platforms

    Project management skills and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and writing skills in English

    Proficiency is SEO/SEM

    Web content writing skill

    Problem-solving skill

    Teamwork

    Google analytics

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



    Benefits

    Base Pay ranges BTW N150, to N200, monthly + other incentives
