We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Admin Receptionist.This position involves providing crucial support to our company across various areas, including:
- General office management
- Handling clerical work, such as processing Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Employment Visas
- Arranging meetings and travel, as well as managing schedules
- Handling invoicing, receipts, and collection followups
- Assisting management
- Compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies
Qualifications:
- Any graduation
- 01 year of related work experience
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED1, AED3,000.00 per month
