Whom are we looking for?:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong research and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of business functions and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Lucidchart **or other process mapping tools.

Salesforce knowledge is an added plus.

What do we expect you to do?:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, under the guidance of a mentor, to conduct business interviews and gather requirements for service design projects.
  • Assist in establishing processes, conducting the needed research, and contributing to the identification of key business areas for improvement.
  • Support the analysis and documentation of endtoend service processes, including customer touchpoints and various stages of service delivery.
  • Contribute to the identification of areas for improvement within existing service processes and assist in providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the mentor to develop and maintain detailed service blueprints and maps, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, trends, and tools in service design and customer experience management.
