    JobSummary:
    • Opportunityto be associated as Associate Business Development Manager andbuild a distributionenterprise.
    • Responsiblefor recruiting and managing a team of Leader andagents
    • Responsiblefor recruiting a team of Leaders, who will recruit agents andagents will source directbusiness.

    KeyResponsibility:
    • Exceedrecruitment target on new agency leaders and agentenrolments.
    • Enhancequantity and quality recruitment by developing successfulleaders
    • Emphasison quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associatesthrough one-onesession
    • Createmutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associateand Agents to enable easierrecruitment.
    • EnhanceAFYP & Number of cases by theunit.
    • Focuson potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents through completeunit.
    • Focuson number of R&Rwinners.
    • Focuson enablement and development of theteam
    • Ensureagents, agency associates, agency associates unit and agency leaderunit is in complaint with various IRDAguidelines
    • Timelycontract of agents and agency associates within regulatoryguidelines
    • MonitoringIRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regionallevel.
    • Trackcompetition regularly at regional level on various measure such asnew strategies, new compensation models etc with particularreference to Financial Executives/ AAP model developed by thecompetitors
    • Executeplans for growth of theagency
    • Identify,interview and select new leaders from market and bynetworking
    • Ensureadherence to laid down sales and service standards for FinancialExecutives, Agency Associates and AgentAdvisors
