    Description

    As Kids Club Supervisor, you are responsiblefor managing the Kids Club operations, team, and training todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Kids ClubSupervisor will also be required to operate within the annualbudget and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

    • Manageoperations effectively
    • Focus on meeting andexceeding agreed revenue targets
    • Operate withinthe departmental annual budget
    • Manage customerfeedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programimprovement
    • Liaise with other hotel departmentsand local attractions
    • Ensure customers andguests receive friendly and consistent personalized service fromall team members
    • Oversee the recruiting,managing, training and development of theteam
    • Respond to audits to ensure continualimprovement is achieved
    • Maintain awareness ofdepartment security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensureall department procedures are followed
    • Ensurehealth, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and clubrules are observed by members, clients andguests
