    Overview

    DIA Developments is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage the financial operations of our growing real estate development company in Dubai. The CFO will play a key role in financial planning, investment strategy, risk management, and supporting executive decision-making. If you have deep expertise in project-based accounting, cost control, cash flow management, and UAE financial regulations, we would love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and lead the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with business growth plans
    • Oversee financial performance at group level, ensuring profitability and sustainable cash flow
    • Supervise financial governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
    • Review and approve major financial structures, project financing, and capital allocation
    • Ensure strong internal controls and transparency across all financial operations
    • Oversee relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and financial institutions
    • Provide strategic financial input for new developments, acquisitions, and partnerships
    • Guide and support the Financial Director in operational finance, reporting, and day-to-day execution
    • Drive financial efficiency, scalability, and long-term value creation for the company
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior financial leadership
    • Strong UAE experience in real estate development and/or construction is mandatory
    • Deep knowledge of project-based accounting, cost control, and project financing
    • Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
    • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, CFA) are highly preferred
    • Strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
