Responsibilities:
- Enforcing our new sales governance process
- Deploy competitive edge through data insight; analyzing activity levels, reviewing trends/risks, and evaluating pipeline participation to ensure appropriate focus, while securing optimal
- Maintaining healthy pipeline
- Strengthening deal velocity
- Sustaining a strongly success driven Sales Team culture; by maximizing potential through development and training,
- Implementing best practices and driving consistency
- Maximizing value of sales tools by championing and educating the sales organization on their power to create value and generate revenue
- Being a link to the transformational project as we are carrying it out
Technical Requirements
Specialized training in negotiation/win strategies
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- A confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with dynamic environment.
- A high degree of selfmotivation and drive.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Support sales team to sell better by providing pipeline and account information intelligence
- Achieve operations excellence, strengthening deal velocity and achieving a healthy business pipeline
- Brings strong technical expertise and business aptitude
