Responsibilities:


  • Enforcing our new sales governance process
  • Deploy competitive edge through data insight; analyzing activity levels, reviewing trends/risks, and evaluating pipeline participation to ensure appropriate focus, while securing optimal
market coverage and associated returns

  • Maintaining healthy pipeline
  • Strengthening deal velocity
  • Sustaining a strongly success driven Sales Team culture; by maximizing potential through development and training,
  • Implementing best practices and driving consistency
  • Maximizing value of sales tools by championing and educating the sales organization on their power to create value and generate revenue
  • Being a link to the transformational project as we are carrying it out
intermediaries during pursuits and clients' needs for business solutions within targeted industries.

Technical Requirements
Specialized training in negotiation/win strategies

  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with dynamic environment.
  • A high degree of selfmotivation and drive.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
