Join us as the Vice President of PR and take our strategic communications to new heights. Your role will involve planning, managing, and executing our PR strategy to enhance our brand identity.

You'll lead PR campaigns, manage media relations, measure outreach, and ensure our messaging is consistent and aligned with our brand values.

With your industry knowledge, you'll position Deriv as a thought leader in the FX industry. Your strong media network will shape and enhance our brand globally.


Your challenges

  • Cultivate media relations and secure highlevel placements. Leverage your existing media relationships and actively build new contacts to develop a comprehensive media relations strategy. Your goal is to secure prominent placements in print, broadcast, and online media, maximising our brand exposure and reaching a wider audience.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests. Handle media inquiries and interview requests as Deriv's spokesperson, ensuring a positive and consistent portrayal of our business. Your excellent communication skills and quick thinking allow you to effectively represent Deriv, conveying key messages and promoting our brand.
  • Amplify brand presence through content distribution. Work closely with our content writers, designers, and marketing team to provide relevant and engaging content to media outlets. By distributing media announcements, press kits, and other content across digital platforms, you will increase our brand presence and visibility within the local and global press.
  • Monitor and evaluate PR campaign performance. Closely monitor the performance of our PR campaigns, tracking progress against objectives and providing valuable feedback for improvement. Analyse metrics and produce reports to measure the effectiveness of our PR efforts and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Requirements:


  • A university degree in business administration, marketing, law, journalism, international relations, public relations, communications, or English or equivalent working experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a highranking PR position, including at least 5 years in staff management
  • A successful track record in garnering positive media coverage in a complex business setting
  • Superior analytical and creative skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
