    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Sales Development: Actively explore new sales avenues working on-field and achieving sales target. Foster and maintain relationships with clients to ensure lasting partnerships.
    • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products, especially in the Beverage Industry. Articulate product features and benefits convincingly to potential clients.
    • Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients when opportunities arise.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales deals to meet revenue targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, including pipelines, projections, and achievements. Provide valuable market feedback to the management team.
    • Undertake ad-hoc sales projects, accomplish targets, etc.

    The Profile

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of proven UAE sales experience is must in FMCG, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
    • Driving License: UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
    • Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory) to be able to liaise effectivelky to different stakeholders across the region.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Educational degree is not a limitation for candidates demonstrating expertise).
    • Additional: UAE sales experience in FMCG, preferably Beverage Industry.
