    Our client is aleading provider of architectural models and maquettes dedicated todelivering highquality customized solutions to architectsdevelopers and design firms.     JobOverview:

    Theyare seeking a skilled and experienced ModelMaker to join their team. The ModelMaker will be responsible for creating precise anddetailed architectural models and maquettes according to clientspecifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in modelmaking techniques excellentcraftsmanship and a keen eye fordetail.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Interpretarchitectural drawings blueprints and specifications to developaccurate models andmaquettes.
    Selectappropriate materials and tools for modelmaking ensuringhighquality anddurability.
    Usevarious techniques such as cutting shaping sculpting and paintingto create intricate and realisticmodels.
    Collaborate withdesigners architects and clients to understand project objectivesand requirements and provide input on design and constructionprocesses.
    Work closelywith the production team to coordinate workflow and ensure timelycompletion ofprojects.
    Conduct qualitycontrol checks to verify accuracy consistency and integrity ofmodels and make necessary adjustments asneeded.
    Maintain a cleanand organized workspace including proper storage and maintenance oftools andequipment.
    Stay informedabout new materials techniques and technologies in modelmaking andrecommend improvements to enhance efficiency andquality.
    Adhere to safetyprotocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment foryourself andothers.

    Requirements

    High schooldiploma or equivalent; additional certification or training inmodelmaking sculpture or related fieldpreferred.
    Minimum 5 yearsof experience as a model maker or similar role preferably in thearchitectural or designindustry.
    Proficiency inusing a variety of tools and equipment including cutting toolssculpting tools and paintingsupplies.
    Strong attentionto detail and ability to work with precision andaccuracy.
    Creativeproblemsolving skills and ability to interpret complex drawings andspecifications.
    Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with colleagues andclients.
    Physicaldexterity and stamina to perform tasks requiring manual labor andprolonged periods of standing orsitting.
