    We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks maintaining office organization and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our daily operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Office Management:
      • Maintain a wellorganized and tidy office environment.
      • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
      • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Administrative Support:
      • Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
      • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
      • Maintain and update company databases.
    • Documentation and RecordKeeping:
      • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
      • Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as required.
    • Communication:
      • Act as a liaison between team members and external contacts.
      • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
    • Event Coordination:
      • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
    • Requirements:
      • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
      • Familiarity with office equipment (printers scanners etc.).
      • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is a plus.
