Are you detail-oriented and skilled in job costing and workshop time analysis? We are looking for a Cost Clerk to join our service operations team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for estimating task times, calculating job costs, and ensuring accurate invoicing and performance tracking within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate service orders and allocate line items into jobs and sub-orders.
• Estimate labor time for each technician's assigned task.
• Calculate job costs upon task completion by workshop staff.
• Prepare and verify timely invoices, estimates, and proforma invoices.
• Review consumables, system entries, and amend job cards as needed.
• Generate daily performance reports and incentive computation forms.
• Ensure accuracy in invoice processing and documentation.
• Enter and maintain all related job cost data in the system.
• Support the Service Manager with additional administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role within a service or workshop environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Software: Strong skills in computerized accounting systems and MS Office.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
